Whispia must not be able to decrypt you. That means recovery has a hard edge: save both recovery materials when the app shows them, before you rely on the account for work or history.

Open Whispia
Start Free at app.whispia.io, create your account, and choose whether you are setting up a personal space or a workspace.

Save recovery materials
During setup you must save the encrypted identity backup and recovery passphrase. The backup is encrypted; the passphrase unlocks it.

Store them separately
Keep both somewhere you control, away from Whispia and away from the device you use every day. Whispia does not hold your content keys.

Know the failure mode
If you lose both, Whispia can only help you establish new access. Old sealed history may stay locked because the old keys cannot be recreated.
