Legal and key safety
These public terms explain how Whispia is offered during preview. Final customer agreements may add plan-specific terms, but they do not change the base promise: Whispia does not sell privacy back to you.
Whispia is a sealed communication service. You are responsible for lawful use, workspace rules, device security, and recovery materials under your control.
Core privacy and safety are not paid features. Paid packages sell capacity, convenience, verified trust, support, and governance controls.
Until self-serve billing is available in the app, paid packages are arranged directly with Whispia and confirmed in writing.
Whispia is designed so message content, files, documents, and calls are end-to-end encrypted. We do not hold content keys for sealed history.
We process the limited account, workspace, support, security, and operational data needed to provide the service. We do not sell content, run ads against content, or broker user data.
Optional AI features must be explicitly enabled and will be labeled by trust boundary: local/on-device, confidential-hosted, or unavailable.
During setup, save the encrypted identity backup and recovery passphrase. The backup file and passphrase should be stored separately.
If you lose every trusted device and also lose recovery materials, Whispia can help establish future access, but old sealed history may remain locked.
Recovery rotates keys going forward. It does not give Whispia a way to decrypt old sealed content.
Do not use Whispia for spam, malware, exploitation, harassment, infrastructure attacks, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass safety, security, or account limits.
Verified business and broadcast features require higher trust review because they affect recipients at scale.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access to protect users, workspaces, infrastructure, or legal obligations.
