Whispia is built so that we cannot read what you send. This page describes the little we do process, and what we do with a mobile number when you give us one.
Whispia is a sealed communication service operated by Solventus LLC. Questions about this policy: info@whispia.io.
Whispia is designed so message content, files, documents, and calls are end-to-end encrypted. We do not hold content keys for sealed history, and we cannot read your messages.
We do not sell content, run ads against content, or broker user data.
The limited account, workspace, support, security, and operational data needed to provide the service — for example the account identifier, workspace membership, and delivery metadata required to route a message to the right device.
Optional AI features must be explicitly enabled and are labelled by trust boundary: local/on-device, confidential-hosted, or unavailable.
We collect your mobile number solely to send one-time passcodes for account verification. You provide it yourself in the Whispia app, and a code is sent only when you ask for one.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We send no marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency is one message per verification you request. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Full terms are on the SMS Terms page.
We use a small number of providers to operate the service — for example to deliver text messages and email, and to host infrastructure. They process only what is needed to perform that function and may not use it for their own marketing.
You can stop verification messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask about or request deletion of your account data by writing to info@whispia.io.
How to delete your account — in the app or by email — and exactly what is deleted, what is kept and for how long, is set out at whispia.io/delete-account.
Sealed content that we cannot decrypt cannot be produced to you, or to anyone else, in readable form — that is a property of the design, not a policy choice.
