Whispia sends one kind of text message: a one-time passcode you asked for. These terms say who sends it, how often, what it costs, and how to stop.
Whispia is a service of Solventus LLC. Text messages described here are sent by Solventus LLC under the Whispia brand.
Codes reach US and Canadian numbers from +1 561 220 2139. Elsewhere they arrive from the sender ID WHISPIA. A message claiming to be from Whispia sent from any other number is not from us.
One message type: a one-time passcode you asked for, used to verify that a mobile number belongs to you.
We send no marketing, promotional, or advertising messages of any kind, and we never will under this programme.
You enter your own mobile number in the Whispia app and choose to continue. Nothing is sent unless you do. Before you continue, the screen states that we will text you a one-time code, that message and data rates may apply, and that your number is never shared or sold.
There is no keyword enrolment: you do not text a keyword to join, and we do not add numbers from any other source.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency is one message per verification you request.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are between you and your carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent.

Because these messages carry sign-in codes, opting out means you may no longer be able to verify a number or sign in by SMS.

Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives.
We collect your mobile number solely to send one-time passcodes for account verification.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
